hi, i need to soak off some gel nails - is it acetone-free polish remover or the one with acetone in it?

Its acetone you use. First scratch the surface and then put it on cotton pads and wrap your fingers in tin foil. However only some gels are soak off ones. Some you have to buff off. If its a hybrid polish like Gelish its soaks off but not a lot of the thicker gels soak off.
