I took my lap top away with me but did not bother to take my Logitech wireless mouse, I am home now and prefer to use the mouse again but it appears to have "died", no little light on the back, I have changed for a new AA battery but it still wont work, any suggestions pls and kindly in simple terms my computer skills are not too good. Thanks.
My wireless trackball has buttons on both the transmitter and receiver one can press to force a reconnect. May be worth looking to see if your mouse has them ?
the on /off button is on , there are no side buttons and as the mouse will be one year old this month I have probably slung the book out as I usually do.
what next folks pls ?
yes thanks Hopkirk 5 mins ago I found a tiny little "thingy" in my lap top bag, plugged it into the right side of my lap top and hey presto the mouse works.
Alls well that end well and thanks to everyone for their help & advice, problem solved.
