It's the fact that on a short term basis a dementia sufferer can seem totally normal that hurts, a witty and funny sufferer can still be witty and funny in a conversation but ask them about anything they've said in that conversation 5 minutes later and they don't even remember they've had the conversation.
When people can't even deal with walking in a straight line for 200m to get to the shop and end up getting lost then, yes.. tag them if that's barbaric than I'm happy to be a barbarian in this instance.
