said something to Mr Fruit on Monday and he hasn't spoke to me since hes always been like a spoilt brat if I speak the truth to him....secretly enjoying the peace.... have you got a partner that sulks for days on end?

Yes. My mother. If she doesn't get her own way then she pulls a blanket over her head and won't talk to us. Not that we're complaining, mind.

No, If we disagree, we argue it through, usually still end up not agreeing, put the kettle on , and its all over.

If it went on for three weeks, like it did for Fairycakes,I'd think about leaving. When my OH's sulk seemed likely to go on for more than a week once, I started phoning houses to rent. Luckily/unluckily? there was nothing i could afford available and he deigned to come of his sulk soon after.

I had one in the past but not any more. We cross swords very rarely and its forgotten about in an hour or so, life is too short for sulky and angry nonsense.

update....thought I would get myself a portion of chips on the way home from the shops and slowly walk home eating them yes Mr fruits still in a sulk giving me the silent treatment, so I finish the chips very nice they were to, come in through the front door and the first thing he says to me in over a week is "do you fancy fish and chips" so had to say no thanks Im not hungry so now he thinks I snubbing him......I cant win
