As HenryMullen said, Good always wins.

Except, of course, that Batman isn't actually a good guy, he's a vigilante who works mostly on the side of the law, but is ultimately answerable to no-one.

Therefore it comes down to an equal fight between a man with a lot of expensive toys, and a paranatural and apparently immortal (or undead) foe. Dracula would win, even if he resorted to just fighting batman over a course of time. Sooner or later the rubber-eared one would die of old age.
