thanks excelsior its a good day out especially if you like big rides..no tony 40 mins away thats all...

I had a rather enjoyable Bank Holiday even though I had work - would do it all again :)
I am glad you had a good day, mine was just a quiet one doing very little.
Last time we went was about seven years ago on a trip from the local club. Me, Trish, my sister, BiL and six kids between the ages of six and ten. The weather was spot on and the BiL and I must have been on every ride that was suitable for the kids at least three times. A great day was had by all but I was totally shattered I mean where do kids that age get all that energy from.

there is so much to do there the wait for the rides want that bad reall i think the longest we waited was 35 minutes to go on the oblivion...

Lol Desktop. Gross, but lol.

Haven't been to Alton Towers for a couple of years. Always a great day out. Did you go on all the big'uns? I think Nemesis is probably my fave ride of all time.
