When I try to click on any link in my Microsoft Outlook mail messages, I get a message saying, "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your System Administrator". How can I view my links please?

Your computer's registry has probably lost the information which tells it which browser to open when you click on a link. See here for a solution: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/310049 However Microsoft assumes that you want to open links in Internet Explorer.
