Fig Trees
4 Answers
I have inherited an established fig tree about 12 feet high and spread.it is covered in very small dried out figs which are the remains of last autumns fruiting. My question is,should I remove these now or allow them to ( hopefully) drop off naturally, and if that is the case, will they prevent a new crop forming?

our fig trees here ( south west france) seem to get a crop of false figs at this time of year, which drop off and the true fruit appears later
