Had a phone call yesterday afternoon informing me that I was due compensation on a loan which I had taken out within the past 3 years.

Err, I haven't taken a loan out.

Her : Yes you have, our records show that you have.

Me: No, I haven't

Her: Yes you have and are due compensation.

Me: Well send me the cheque then.

Line went dead.
Ho-hum :-)

I would be very rich if I received all the compensation I was supposed to get .with the accidents I have been having and all the loans I am supposed to have taken out.
It is amazing how many loans I appear to have had too, I haven't paid them back yet nor ever will. I wonder what I spent the money on.. must be getting old :-)

I'm glad I'm not the only one :-)

Made me wonder why she was so insistent that I had taken a loan out and wouldn't believe me!
What really annoys me is the e mails I get offering help to solve my debt problems and even by post. How do they think they know my circumstances?
I had one yesterday on my mobile at my computer class, apologised to tutor and went outside and this young man said " I am phoning you to save you some money" like he was doing me a big favour ! my favourite answer -eg p*ss orff apparently could be heard in the classroom, this really should be classed as nuisance calls.
