I received an item sometime ago and stored it in my documents

I wish to send on to a colleague but I am unable to as I get rejection message 0x800ccc69

Can anyone help please ?? and advise in simple terms how to correct ?

I have Outlook Express through Freeserve / Wanadoo

When you say 'an item' what do you mean .. it is a jpeg, a word document or what ????

either that or you are sending through an invalid server address
