What Is Raw Sugar

muscavado ( brown Sugar ). It is supposed to be the richest tasting sugar .

I suspect it makes little difference, it's just going to add sweetness isn't it ? Or an I being a curry Philistine ? Anyway, just make sure you don't cook the sugar first :-)

Taste the curry first. I'd never add 4 tablespoons of (raw) sugar.
