Anybody tried Hoodia an appetite suppressant what did u think of it?

I am the best yoyo dieter in town. I can put on weight and lose it at the drop of a hat. I have used this and it does work and taking a supplement with this in ( i havent gone down the chewing the bark stuff road) a couple of hours before I go to the gym seems to help me last out longer... now that could be in my head and working through the hunger.

However I have a terrible relationship with food and when I am upset I go through phases of stuffing myself stupid and other times turning it away totally. You will learn nothing if you take appetite surpressants. Surpress your appetite naturally, Do as I say and not as I do n all that malarky.
