What cuts of meat will you be using as different recipes use different cuts. I want to use something that will be soft and moist and not hard and chewy so which would you recommend?

I use sirloin steak, slice it up and dust it in a mixture cornflour, five spice and some chilli powder. I fry it in groundnut oil for just 2-3 minutes.

I'd use a cheapish supermarket frying steak for this.
