Fujitsu Siemens Amilo L1300 Video Controller Driver Needed

hi i am trying to find a driver for the video controller for a siemens amilo l1300 laptop which i have put windows 7 on it.i had xp so i realise it going to be hard to find but surely there is one out there by now..please can anyone help find this driver..much apriciated in advance

I doubt you'll have any luck. Generally speaking manufacturers only provide new drivers for machines that they still make, or at least made recently. As drivers are free, there is no incentive for a manufacturer to write new drivers fro an ancient machine, simply because MS have released a new OS.

Actually, I've just re read the link I gave and I think it's worth a try.
Make sure you create a restore point before you install it.

Just run a windows update and check in the optional updates, the driver will probably be listed there to install.

If Windows update can't find it for you download the free Slim Drivers program which will scan your computer and list any out of date drivers and get them for you to install . Be careful don't install any drivers that are not needed if yor computer is running ok.
