I'm cooking from an American recipe that tells me to use one cup of flour. Can anyone tell me how much in grams this would be please? Thanks in advance.

Weigh a British teacup on your kitchen scales, then fill it with flour and take a new reading. I'd imagine the difference will not be too far off 95 grams. Give it a try.
