Outlook help needed
8 Answers
I tried to email my mate in spain the other day, using MS Outlook. I attached a few photos and clicked send. This was Sunday, the flipping thing is still in my outbox and I can't get rid of it! I assume its the photos that have caused the problem.
Everytime I log into outlook, it tries to send it and eventually comes up with an error message. It won't let me delete it as it says that Outlook has already begun sending the message.
I've tried moving it to the deleted folder, won't let me. How can I get rid of it? I put the photos on a website eventually and sent her the link to that instead, should have done that in the first place!

2. Run a search for the file Outbox.pst (or, if you're using Outlook Express, Outbox.dbx)
3. Right click on it and select delete.
4. Restart your PC. (I'm not sure that's essential but I always do it when fixing these type of problems in Outlook or Outlook Express)
5. Open Outlook. It will search for all of the essential files associated with it, including Outbox.pst. When it can't find any of the files, Outlook simply creates a new one, so you'll have a brand new (and completely empty) Outbox.
