my mother and sister have returned from coventry, and have said that grans' condition has deteriorated. they now have an oxygen mask on her, and she is barely aware of her surroundings

the doctor has conceded the inevitable, and it is now simply a matter of time until...................

Maybe I shouldn't say this but 94 is a very good age. I realise that has no bearing on your grief. Be thankful that she has had a good life and has been with you all these years.
