Ex Possibly Moving To Egypt With Our 7Year Old Daughter.
Hi there.
I have reason to suspect my ex is possibly planning to move to Egypt with our 7 year old daughter. They are going on holiday there a few times now. My ex is Russian, i am British so daughter is dual nationality.
I already have Prohibited steps order for one month at a time, but Egypt is not one of the 45 countries that acknowledge the order.
1. How can i prevent her moving without my permission? ( i would never agree to that).
2. If she did up and move, where do i stand on getting my daughter back?
Many thanks.Edward.

I just don't want to let it get into something more serious. As i'm sure most parents would not like the thought of losing their child any kind of suspicion is always an unwelcome one. A friend of mine recommends to contact the Egyptian office in the uk, but not sure what that can do to help based on a hunch?
