Great ideas, thank you :) I've been stocking up on jelly to make up with canned fruit which I can have as a pudding or part of lunch at work. Ice lollies too as I'm a bit of a beggar for getting the munchies in the evening.
At the moment I'm eating mainly a naughty plain croissant for breakfast at work (about 7am) then a banana and some of those breakfast biscuits about 9am (reckon the breakfast biscuits will have to go on the low residue though as they have wholegrain in them). Then for lunch a low calorie cereal bar (also will go), plain ham sandwich (one round of bread) and some crisps, try to stick to lower cal ones like Quavers. For tea I have been having two wraps with loads of salad, tomato, cucumber, some coleslaw and garlic sausage as thinner cut and lower fat/cal. I suffer with the munchies after though.
I seem to be ballooning lately though :( I know steroids don't help but really need to try and lose weight to relieve pressure on my joints and can't get much exercise as mobility not great.
