Salt and Pepper shakers

could you please tell me which shaker the pepper is to go in if ground pepper is being used, and there is no salt cellar. Thank you

If you aren't using salt, whichever one you like....English tradition has it that pepper shakers have multiple holes in the top, salt cellars only one.
