I am new to this and merely copied out a question I had written down without really thinking about people reading it as if it were written to them (it does sound more like an order than a question). I apologise for this and would much appreciate any one who could help. I will rephrase:
Would anyone be able to help me in identifying any possible problems with these three easements (I have now found); Rights of way, Right to Light and Right to Support and any case law that supports them?
Thankyou

Some clues:
Look at land law, particularly dominant & subservient tenants which may continue despite change of ownership.
Look also at fee simple, registration of encumbrances, right of way, easement of necessity & profit A prendre.
Good Luck.
