The 'I ( HEART) london' Ad

What is the music played in the I LOVE LONDON ad where the advert opens with a man covered in paper on a park bench with the caption I 'HEART' THE TATE. Its a slow reggae type tune which has the chorus 'All i want is a love that grows and grows, not a love that slowly goes, a little love baby'. Or something like that. Any help would be great. I dont think that it is Jimmy London? and I dont think that it is "A Little Love", the lyrics are from a P J Morgan & Nina Simone hit: "Thats All I Want From You", though who does it for the I.L.L ad, i'm not sure, if and when I find out. i'll post it here.
