Boiled Rice (200KJ)
Pot Of Yogurt (50KJ)
Side Salad (20KJ)
Fresh Orange Juice (150KJ)
All together 720 Kilojoules

Which part of Tom's meal provides the most energy?
Does this mean KJ? Have a fair idea what it is and I am guessing Chicken Curry but... looking for other peoples opinions

Yes, the chichen curry provides the most energy as there are more kilojoules.
