i am the maintenance manager,covering at least ten residential properties for autistic people.i am fully qualified in both electrics&gas,and do at least 90% of all gas & electric work,the other 10% being contracted out.i have a team of men,and between us do everything frombuilding extentions,to changing a light bulb,and all the decorating.i don't think i'm being greedy in asking for more money,i'm on �22,000 at moment,i'm also on call at night and wekends.
