Hi All

As above really!

Every time I go into some websites, including Amazon, ebay, my bank (& hubbys) and others I keep getting the following come up:-

www.lnksr.com which then leads to
mysurveyscenter.net

This is obviously a spam type website (you can tell by the appalling spelling!) but it is really annoying.

Does anyone have any ideas how to top this?
I am using Google Chrome browser is this helps.

Thanks

Firstly I would downlad and run Malwarebytes. You may ave a naty on your computer - not necessarily a virus.

When it finds stuff, let it remove them, then before you restart turn off System Restore - as some reload themselves from there.

Restart the computer and run Malwarebytes again. Only when the computer is clean turn back on System Restore.

If that doesn't work, then t will mean editing the Hosts file .
Its about getting these bugs out of your PC not just blocking a website, try looking at this:
