i am really pleased to have just given donation number 72 for the blood transfusion service

Well done excel, we need people like you. Had to give up donating blood after having a hip replacement and needing blood myself, but salute you.

the nurse told me that at 75 donations, you are invited to a meal given by the service

i somehow thought that was at 100

while i agree that all donors are to be congratulated, i have been told that stocks can sometimes run dangerously low - and more people need to be persuaded to sign up
