has anyone ever left neutral feedback on ebay? Is it ok to do that if you have an issue? I've managed to get paypal to put a hold on the payment but it's been 26 days since i paid and no delivery, no word from the seller, no response to 5 messages. no altering of the delivery status to 'despatched' on her listing.
i did open one on 10th may but closed it immediately, like seconds later when dozy me remembered it was coming from the USA and might be coming on a ship! then on Friday this last week i opened one with paypal
I would get the matter sorted first, and then leave truthful feedback. After all, if somebody had already done this, you wouldn't be in the pickle you are now. I know things get lost in the post, or you can forget altogether to post them, but nearly four weeks after you've paid and no word is wrong
no it doesn't, it just says, 'this international order might take longer to arrive' which i understand, but the seller has not selected the 'despatched' icon and not replied to my request for the method of carrier, i paid $37 postage!
If I hadn't received goods I would leave a negative feedback, not a neutral one.
I have only left one negative feedback so far.
I have one neutral feedback which I am livid about. I sold a brand new pair of M&S trousers and as I always do, I gave details of their measurements. The woman who bought them said they didn't fit her and was quite rude in her feedback. I didn't view it as my problem that she is an odd shape
