my brother wont leave our parents home now that they have past away after my mother changed her will stating he can live there untill he gets alternative accomidation or buys my half of the house both our names are on the deeds he hs been living in the house while our parents were alive but for the last 10 months after there deaths rent free and will not return my calls what can i do .Yours

If the terminology in the Will is so vague //he can live there until he gets alternative accommodation// then this could prove problematic to get him to move.
I'm not sure it's an issue of Housing Law- I think it's an issue about clarifying the terms of the will. You may need to seek legal advice. If you want more opinions here then you'd need to post the exact wording of the will
I agree - it is to do with the wording of the will.

I think George B may be asking about whether someone given a life tenancy can live rent free nd the answer is:

it depends on what the will says.
As others have said you need legal advice, make sure you take with you a copy of the will that your adviser can see exactly was stated by your parents.
