What accent is used in this ad? Doesn't resemble anything I've ever heard.

Funny enough, someone asked this weeks ago and at the weekend I met someone who knows the campaign and knows the lady in question

Her name is Vinnie Thandi

She works in a Leamington Spa practice but comes from British Columbia, Canada

Perhaps, first generation Canadian with parents from the Middle East/Asia so that her accent became a mixture of 2 countries/parts of the world combining with a Leamington Spa inflection to produce the unusual accent we hear on the ad?
