Hi. My partner and I wish to add my name to the mortgage and house ownership. The mortgage part is already sorted but the house ownership... does this have to be done via a solicitor or can I apply to Land Registry and do this myself?

Part of the property has to be transferred to you.

You can do it yourself by following the instructions here or ask a solicitor if you need some help
