Have you got your emails back yet. I had about half an hour this morning and then it went and nothing since. Same message every time I ring.

On the TalkTalk members forum there are 29 pages of comments (many comments to a page) everyone is complaining about TT not communicating with customers over this current fault or telling lies that it is fixed, this fault now going into it's third day! Its a country wide issue mainly for those who use Outlook, apparently Gmail is ok. TT members are advising each other to contact WatchDog programme which lots are doing - and I have just done too! Do you think TT is going down the swannee? If not now, it will surely do when the customers start leaving in droves as they are all threatening!

"Our engineers are still working hard to restore your email service and we hope to be able to provide a timescale for resolution by our next update at 15:30"

^^ Perhaps Dr Who is now becoming involved, because there is 'a timescale' proposed.

Meanwhile all interested in this issue should also read :-

OMG...Talktalk is really establishing that it is nothing but talk talk.

Latest posting at 15:40 today, says:-

"Our customers are reporting an improvement in the ability to access their emails, however we know that some are still affected. As a result of work we are completing we expect fewer customers to experience this issue as the afternoon progresses."

I'm glad to be with with BT; even if it is perhaps a little more expensive.
