I have been advised to re-install my modem driver by BT and when I did this it did not complete the un-install routine. Now my driver won't work and I can't load the new one without removing the old one. How can I remove the existing driver? I have been in 'add & remove programs' but I have the same problem saying a file is missing.

Right-click on My Computer and select properties. Click on the hardware tab, then device manager. Find your modem in the list of devices and right-click; hit properties, then the driver tab. There's options there to uninstall, roll back, and update the driver.
