Am getting annoyed with the new hotmail, I keep getting " We can't connect to Outlook at the moment. Please try again later." All I want to do is open my emails, why have they made these changes which seem to have made it worse? Is it just me?

I don't get the messages but frequently these days I can't get into Hotmail, the arrow just goes round and round.

It's definitely not just you. I hate it with a passion.
It's not just the layout because you can get used to that. It's slow and as you say sometimes won't even connect.
I spent 10 minutes clicking on e-mails this morning and kept getting "Can't connect" message.
I closed Outlook down and then went immediately back into it and everything worked fine.

Oh! how I echo what you say puzz,The worst thing I ever did was to swap to 'Hotmail' I still can't work it all out.
Now they've amalgamated with 'Outlook' even worse. GggggRrrrr!!

I've totally given up on hotmail since the changes (why, why, why do they always change things when it works well in the first place!!!!). I was even having trouble trying to send an email. Gone over to Yahoo now - no problems so far ......
