suddenly my laptop wont let me log into Yahoo or open any folders other than Inbox on Outlook - today it wont let me post any comments on Facebook !

Any ideas what is wrong or if Ive accidentally changed the settings somehow ????
other sites seem to be ok :(

You could try 'System Restore'
(Win7) Start/Control Panel/Recovery/System Restore
Restore your PC to a previous working state.
