I have set up an account for my son on my computer for limited access. As he is learning to use microsoft office, I do not want him to 'mess up' any of my files while he is learning. How can I protect my files?
If you are using different profiles and your documents are in your My Documents folder, then he should not be able to access them if he is a limited user.
If your user is classed as an administrator then yours and his "my documents are stored separatly. So long as you don't put valuable files in a "shared documents folder." he won't be able to access your documents.
