I have just found an email in my 'junk' folder
The sender is :
HM REVENUE AND CUSTOMS
RE : TAX RETURN
RECALCULATION OF YOUR TAX REFUND
HMRC 2013
LOCAL OFFICE No. 3819
TAX CREDIT OFFICER: Clare Brennan
TAX REFUND ID NUMBER: 381715260
REFUND AMOUNT: 244.79 GBP
there is an attachment for me to complete and return via email
I am presuming this is a SCAM - should I report it to anyone ??

It is DEFINITELY spam/scam. Just delete it. Important things to remember:
Any 'official' organisation contacting you by email will address you by name, i.e. your personal name - not 'user'/'customer/'client' etc.
An official organisation will contact you by post, not email, especially regarding something important like tax refund, bank account details/transfers etc etc.
HMRC do not send emails, they will write to you. Definitely a scam. Do not open any links or reply to it and definitely do not give any personal details.
