Anyone bought this hose, has been advertised on shopping channels looks really easy to handle, expands when water is in it and then retracts back when water released would like some feedback from anyone who has bought it.

I was thinking of buying one too, but read lots of bad reviews on it, in fact there were more bad ones than good... including it tears and leaks and also it doesn't spring back as much as they say.

We've got one (The 75ft version).
Just clipped onto the outside tap, and we have our own nozzle on the end. There is indeed another flow tap that allows the water to be blasted out of the nozzle, and the hose retracts (Turn off the tap first and then open the flow valve and all the water shoots out the end of the hose). I think it's a good piece of kit and it doesn't weigh a lot either.
Have a look on Amazon as well because they sell them on there for the same price - they even do the accessories for them. Ours arrived quite quickly, but Amazon might be able to get it to you faster (And maybe a little cheaper on p & p).

This hose is mentioned in the June issue of Gardening Which. The reviewer managed to cross thread the plastic tap connector which"irreparably damaged the hose and fitting a new one isn't an option" so obviously, care is needed here. Also there is no way to repair it [the hose] if it springs a leak and the reviewer thought the soft rubber covered in a woven fabric would soon wear away if dragged across rough ground.
