Apart from getting a cow I wish we could have milk on tap like we do water, as the milk always seems to run out when you want a cup of tea! Now got to get dressed and go to Sainsbury's before I can have a cuppa.

Sqad...behave now or one of these mornings you will lean over your sunny balcony and see a charabanc full of waving Abers on a visit to you...so stock up on the milk! :-) xx
What about keeping some milk "ice cubes" in the freezer for use in emergencies like this?

Or do what I do and drink black Redbush tea - no need for milk ...
Earl Grey is traditionally served without milk, although not in my house.
I always keep UHT milk for emergencies. And no tea in the morning is definitely an emergency. If you buy skimmed or semi skimmed UHT,it doesn't taste too bad.

Ohhhhh mikey, you rebel you ;-)
I subscribe to the small bottle of semi skimmed in the fridge too and earl grey is no milk slice of lemon here. (ps as agin drinker I ALWAYS have lemon!)
Why don't you buy those little milk pots, the kind you get in hotels rooms. Keep them in the cupboard for when you need them.

I mostly drink coffee, I keep some coffee mate for that very reason. When you have kids going to the fridge and finding no milk left happens a lot, why they put the empty milk carton back in the fridge is beyond me though.
