I seem to have missed printing off a 'cover sheet' for this quiz as I cannot find an adress to remit it to and no closing date. Can any one help me out please. 1st question starts off- New Magician in a spin - I dont require any answers to the quiz, just the essential address and date (I was obviousy not concentrating when I printed it off !)

Thank you Clairerob21 , that lead put me onto the right track, it is Children of Fiji but luckily for me it is the more current one that does not close until 21st July ! Phew. I thought I had missed the deadline!! Thank you once again. Julie x
