my friend resides in england but was born in Epe-Holland.can he get a copy
of his birth certificate online or by post.

I would think he'd need to contact the Netherlands Embassy in London, they might be able to post one to him.

with regard to the reply from jno. i think that site is only for people born in amsterdam,however there is a phone number that may help,also coccinelle says to call the embassy in london. so thanks to you both

oh yes, sorry, I should have read the link more closely. Coccinelle's idea sounds good.
