Has anyone used this company. I purchased a steam cleaner from them which was faulty. I contacted them and was told to return it,which I have done. The postage to return it was £12.92p and I have asked them to refund my postage as well. Do you think I will get it?

and TrustPilot are mainly very good.

Their returns policy indicates that they will refund the cost of your postage and their site passes all of the usual tests (such as including a postal address), so I'd be reasonably optimistic!

Thanks Buenchico,if I had'nt liked it and returned it for that reason OK. but it was faulty so I think its down to them.

I have bought from them, only clothing though and have never had to return anything so can't advise on that. They are a genuine company and have been around for quite a while.
