That is one weird painting! I know hands are notoriously difficult to do but her right arm and hand appear withered and the thumb on her left hand looks like a finger, and what is going on with her leg....is she really wearing a red sock with a hole in it.

I might have to look into this artist a bit more as it may be his style, there again he might be crap at painting!
