Deleting A Program In Windows 7..
8 Answers
..I am tryng to remove a program but with little success..here goes...
I'm running Windows 7 and I'm in Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall. When I right click the offending program I get 'uninstall/change'. No problems so far...but..when I click 'uninstall' I get a small central screen that has 'tarma installer' in upper left corner and in the middle there is a small red circle with a white cross in it and the words 'Setup Initializing Error' and a box with 'ok'. When 'ok' is clicked the screen is emoved only to return as soon as I try the process again and I therefore cannot remove this program...any sugestions as to resolving this problem would be greatfully received.

If that file gets corrupted or deleted, the uninstller is likely to encounter a problem. If you still have the disk or download from which you installed the program, the easiest solution is probably to re-install it, and then uninstall it.
.. failing that you could try using the free version of Revo Uninstaller.
Revo will attempt to run the program's own uninstaller, and when that fails will search the registry and file system for entries and files pertaining to the program, and allow you to delete them all.
