Old Chatterbank Name

Has anyone else had a job getting into Chatter bank?
Sometimes I can sign in with no problem but today my old 'name' parkdale kept coming up for me to sign in with it and no matter what passwords I put in it would not register my 'parkie'.
It kept replacing my name with 'parkdale'. Uuuuuuuuurgh.
In the end I changed my 'parkie' password and managed to get in.
This has happened on a number of occasions.

I had awful trouble signing up to join the site. I contacted the Editor through the FB page as I couldn't sign on with FB then when I signed up on the site I chose my username and got the welcome message but needed activating. The activation email never came ( a gmail address not a throwaway one) so I tried to sign up again and it said my username was already in use -the one I'd just chosen about an hour before.So I had to chose another username, not my first choice Grrrr! Still can't sign in with FB but not necessary now as i just keep signed in through the site.

you mght want to put this into the Editor's Blog section - you'll have a better chance of him seeing it there and sorting out what's happened (because it does look as if something's gone wrong)

The read "parkdale" came up is because that's what's saved on your system and rememebered by your browser. You can choose to clear remembered passwords by following the instructions for your browser:

Thanks for that ed but it wasn't so much the password, I can change that at any time, it was the 'parkdale' that kept coming up and I could not get rid of it or the old password as well.
