I can't parse this. Any enlightenment gratefully received.
14a IT equipment being short around university, can become bolshie (8)
I believe it's MUTINOUS so I can see MOUS(E) but how is UTIN derived? Also I think the def is a bit loose - I always understood bolshie as the noun for Bolshevik while the adjective meaning stroppy is bolshy. Maybe that's just me?
