Going through to GlasVegas to see Maw and Paw. I will bake Dad something for Sunday and Mum is doing another big dinner (which I will have a tiny portion of!)

Pretty uneventful so far - just as I like it
Thinking of my dad today he died in 1980 and my life is so different now to what it was then - he missed out on any grandchildren which I know he would have loved

mine died of prostate cancer christmas eve 2005, i shall go and visit his monument this evening

before that, i am taking the god-daughter & her parents to see 'man of steel'
