Iritating Message

Whilst playing Solitaire every time the pointer covers a card a message saying "shift + R improves the quality etc." This has only just started and I don't know how to stop it as it's very annoying.Any help appreciated.

have you looked on a google, seems to be common problem (I'm assuming you mean the standard Microsoft Solitaire?)
