Hello all. I had my tongue pieced on thursday. I'm using listerine which ive been diluting with water to wash my mouth with. I'd like to use salt water but i don't know whether i should use table salt, or sea salt. Can anyone help please? (serious answers please).

I would recommend table salt - there is no real difference in the two, but table salt will dissolve better, dissolve about a tea spoon full in a cup of cooled boiled water & rinse for about 30 secs a couple of times a day

hope this helps xXx
