In the closing scene of casualty last night, a man with short blonde hair was talking to a woman in a hospital bed, who was the actor and what would I have seen him in?

cannot remember his name but he was in the Bill

Remembered he was Mickey Webb played by Chris Simmons. I had to google his real name though.
