I ordered printer ink from them some while ago. Since then I've had loads of catalogues in the post promoting their products. Any profit they made on the sale of the ink must have been eaten up by postage costs for their junk mail. When are they going to cut their losses?
Hi Sandy - only you have ordered - but you could have got printer ink from any computer shop. It is not bad quality if you don't work professionally. C
It drives me potty how much mail goes straight from door mat to recycling bin, it is such a waste of resources!
I wonder how many people actually pick up a flyer on the mat and think to themselves, "yes, I really fancy a conservatory,I'll give these guys a call?", I struggle to believe that leafleting and junk mail are an effective form of marketing.
Charles Tyrwhitt is another one, bought some shoetrees from them a few years back, since then I must have had a wheelie bin full of junk pushed through the letter box.
If these companies deliver , say a thousand leaflets / catalogues and they get say a couiple of hundred orders , then it will have been worth the expense .
If I am correct but I think there is an association you can contact re junk mail and get it stopped. But I would never do that (love my wee postman) cos they get paid extra for delivering the junk.
I always email the customer services of any company that sends catalogues and ask that they remove my mail from their marketing list. Takes me 2 mins, has always so far worked and saves the waste.
